randy taylor2024-05-03Fantastic experience with Skaggs Appliance. Garry the owner came out to work on our dishwasher. His knowledge and experience are second to none. He told us exactly what was wrong with the dishwasher and helped us make an informed decision on if we should repair or replace. Lets be honest, sometimes it is difficult to know which way to go. Garry was not high pressure and laid out the facts and gave good advice. We decided to repair, which leads me to the best part, the pricing. I thought the pricing was incredibly fair and honest. I doubt you could find better pricing in all of Louisville. I also want to mention Kelly in the office. She was awesome! Very friendly, and told us exactly what to expect. We received an email that laid out what would happen the day of our appointment. We received a call telling us when to expect the technician and that they were leaving their last appointment and heading our way. All communication with Skaggs was excellent and I wish all service companies operated this way. It made everything so much less stressful and easy on us. Skaggs could give a Master Class on communication, I was very impressed. My last point is a thanks to Garry. I had to work the day he came back to put in some parts. My elderly parents were there to let him in. He treated them with incredible respect and decency. They couldn't believe how nice he was. If you need a repair you cant go wrong with this company, fantastic people!
Suzanne T2024-04-30The lady at the office was so nice and told me what they would do to analyze my washing machine issues. They also texted me before the repairman arrived. The repairman was excellent. He instructed us on how much detergent to use (we were using way too much). He replaced the computer panel and leveled our machine. We are so glad we called them. I would highly recommend this company.

It would only fill up with about 2 inches of water and would begin washing even though I needed to do a large load of clothes. He was able to reprogram the computer board in the washer and now it will fill up with water to the level I need. So I am extremely grateful for his skill and knowledge in repairing my washing machine. Thanks you so much!
