Our Service Call Pricing

$149.50 Flat Rate Travel & Diagnostic Fee

This includes:

✔ Professional diagnosis of your appliance issue
✔ Expert evaluation by an experienced technician
✔ Honest recommendations before any repair is made

After the diagnosis is completed, parts and labor are additional if you choose to move forward with the repair.

At first glance, it sounds like a great deal. But after over 50 years in the appliance repair business, we can tell you something important:

Nothing in appliance repair is truly free.

Every legitimate service company has real operating costs—fuel, insurance, service vehicles, trained technicians, office staff, tools, licensing, and the time it takes to properly diagnose your appliance. Those costs do not disappear simply because a company advertises a cheap or “free” service call.

In many cases, companies recover those costs by:

✔ Building the waived service fee into inflated labor charges
✔ Marking up parts pricing to make up the difference
✔ Using flat-rate or prorated pricing systems that quietly increase the final bill
✔ Recommending expensive repairs before properly diagnosing the real problem

And here is the part many customers do not realize:

That “FREE service call with repair” often only applies if you approve the repair. If you choose not to move forward, suddenly the free service call is no longer free.
